I did have to set the window resolution in the userpreferences.ini tho to get it to work right the resolution. The windowed resolution i selected in game was not the same in the .ini file. Did you try making a copy of it into another directory?

check the userprefernces.ini file and see if i has this line ComputeUniquePort=true and change it to false/ that is what you have to do with LORT and they are the same company.
