Ah it looks like turning off the patcher on all the profiles has fixed this issue. Not sure I really understand why. If someone has a great explaination in laymens terms then please break it down for me. I still would like to understand how that worked.

When i played mutlitple instances before the tabs in the taskbar would have the WinEQ icon with the characters names on the tabs.
