Forgot to say; I have turned the firewall off and so on but still no luck :(

Could not connect to Lavish Software

I keep getting this error when im trying to start InnerSpace:

"Could not connect to Lavish Software. Make sure your firewall is not blocking WinEQ 2 from making outgoing connections, and try again."

Cna you please help me with this?
