Errors out as if one were trying to load the streaming client without specifying an address, but it is not configured as the streaming client. Works fine by launching Everquest2.exe directly. Adding the streaming client arguments to the shortcut works, but it doesn't access the client resources, and...

Problem being that this forces the game into streaming mode...

Further investigation indicates that this is an issue with launching the game directly in general, not wineq2, so, disregard this post.

Getting a crash on launching EQ2 through wineq2. Win7 Pro x86, Intel gma x4500 mhd.



Interestingly, this is also the error EQ2 throws when trying to launch it in WINE running Ubuntu 10.04

1400x1050 is native resolution of the display, as well as what the game is rendering at. I (obviously) dont have this problem in full screen mode, as in full screen, the window cannot lose focus.
