PS... setting the window switch key to be a non shifted one (no alt, no ctrl, no shift) mostly fixes the issue. It's a bit of a pain, but you can set F1 F2 F3 etc as your switch keys and remap in EQ2 for Shift-F1 etc to be for targeting. I'd still like to fix the issue, but I've managed to work arou...

Same problem as blackhart a few months back, I saw no response. I'm using Vista and a quad core system. I'm browsing for an answer to my problem, but I'm having a similar issue.. for some reason the keys I had on when switching windows get stuck (i/e CTRL will stick on the window I just left) and the only way to turn them back off again is to go to the window its stuck on and hitting the key again.
