If you run into any install problems you may have to turn that back on to complete the install successfully then you can kill it again and resume normally. That is one pain in the arse setting hehe

Actually found out the issue with IE not opening with wineq active :). Appearantly it has something to do with the User Account Control option. WIth it enabled you cant open IE with wineq running.
