I did have the issue that you describe, for me it was caused by EQ being in a window, once I switched out to full screen the issue you are describing went away, at least for me.

Hi Lax, Running WinEQ2 and Everquest 1. The mouse is slightly out of alignment on the 2d screens, once you get to the character screen its all okay again. On the two systems I have tried the misalignment was identical, the cursor was about half inch below and to the left of the actual click point. H...

Hi Lax, Understand you have some issues in RL, sorry to hear about that, no pressure on bug issues, EQ is just a game afterall :) Using the latest patch - from the mirror site, on a number of different machines with different versions of XP, video cards.... ya I work for a reseller what can I say !....
