ok since there is no customer support on here, can someone tell me how I go about getting a refund for this crap?

How did you fix it???????????

When I try to load wineq the EQ1 patcher comes up like it should then it sends me to the EULA and freezes. Also the EULA looks as if there is no graphic (just black with the writing in white). Hopefully I can get this running tonight.....
