It's a problem that I think everyone is having. Wait patiently for it to be fixed.

I could be way off, and if I am, I'm sorry. Right-click on the WinEQ icon and make sure you have Automatic Tiling ticked. You can also right-click up top where the title bar is or would be and send the window to the other side.
