Update: This is still a problem, both in WinEQ and InnerSpace. Today, I moved the EQClient files (all the ones that had eqclient in the name) and re-patched. Well, from what I can gather on Sony's tech support forums this is an EQ problem, not a WinEQ problem. Whatever the case, it's rare.

And frustrating, as Sony won't intentionally do anything to solve it - their official stance is that multiple sessions on a single computer is 'not supported'. *sigh*

Uninstalled WinEQ, and deleted every file in the folder, then re-downloaded and installed. Set up my first profile and it's working fine so far.

Did every kind of scan I can think of (spyware, viruses, trojans, etc) and nothing came up but one tracking cookie, which I promptly fixed.
