ok it seems the driver update fixxed it, if it happens again i will post about it in the future.

Characters Flashing
I am currently having a problem with my characters flashing, sometimes even whole parts of their bodies become invsible, and it happens with all PC's and NPCs around me but not with the surrounding enviroment. Any help on fixxing this issue?
