FPS Problems with Vanguard
99% of the time when I run vanguard with InnerSpace, I get ~5-6 fps max, and anytime I try to move or do something my ping skyrockets to over 3k. However, sometimes it works great (over 55fps, normal pings etc). I am running windows xp x64, 4 gigs of ram, dual x1950 graphics cards, so my pc is way a...
