After some more fiddling around using binds to see what was happening, it appears IS sees the right and left mouse clicks clearly (tested using Bind command with echo statements) but sends the left mouse click in place of the right mouse click while in Game mode. Darkfall bug
When trying to run darkfall thru IS it causes the right mouse button to act like it is the left mouse button, the left mouse button works normally.
