Seems like they get just temporary saved during the IS session.
Unload / Re-Deploy / Load of the script does not affect them.

But after restart IS they get reset to the defaults which are stored
in the specific SCRIPTS's interface folder.

I replaced everything in SCRIPTS folder with my backup files.
The window position is not affected by that.

At least: How to reset them w/o re-install IS.

Where does Innerspace store seetings for the UI windows ?

In my case: innerspace->isxwow->wowbot->main window location
