It was that Symantec Endpoint Antivirus crap I get free from work. I uninstalled that rebooted and all worked fine... FYI I thought I had disabled the entire thing previously.

Added notes: When I boot my computer up in safe mode then the link for the games will work. I've been trying to disable tasks and processes to find whats causing the issue to no avail.

I use Innerspace for a single game. Is there anyway to start the Innerspace .exe file and have it go ahead and load up a particular game profile?

I have the game profile already set up to automatically start the scripts when the game boots up.
