Removing the dsound.dll from the EQ2 dir fixed my problem also. Thanks Multi.

Yea I saw that joe when i googled the error, but wasn't sure how that applied to just launching eq2 through IS. Is there something I'm missing?

Cabal Online doesn't work with Lavish. When running the game, it patches then you click Start. If you run the exe via Lavish, the patcher never connects to check for the patch.

Just to run one vanguard requires 2GB ram to play it decently. Don't get your hope up of ever running 2 clients on one machine.
