NVM...turned out it was DEP causing the issue. Problem solved :)

btw..this is on Windows 2003 R2 SP2.

Unhandled Win32 exception in WOW

Hi, everytime i try to launch WOW, i get the following error: Unhandled exception at 0x0347faa4 in WoW.exe: 0xC000005: Access violation.

Wow starts fine if i run by itself. Please advise.
