Same problem, finding it totally impossible to 2box since the patch. If i dont jsut eq crash immediately logging in or when zoning, i get all those same blacked out screens, greyed out inventory slots etc etc etc.

Ok ignore me, operator error. For some reason i installed ATI Tray Tools last night, think after reading some ZDnet articles. Uninstalled and the problems went away.

Also i now have a number flashing on the upper left corner, that didnt used to be there, and i dont want to have there.

So today i tried to get into EQ as normal with my Wineq shortcut. First the screen jumped from my regular 1400x900 down to 800*600. Si i double click the title bar to get full screen back. It goes full screen only with my windows task bar showing at the bottom, not total full screen like i always ge...

Okay thanks for reply, it helped me figure out the problem. Id windows out to play a golf game that resized my actual desktop psetting to 1260*768 thus thats that wineq saw. Odd thing is running EQ withotu wineq let me go to 1400*900 but running in wineq forced me to 12020*768 even when picking 1400...

Just got an LCD that supports 1400*900. If i start EQ normally, go in game and pick 1400*900 it works fine, full screen, same as my desktop presolution.
