I also received the same email as Venthos. Checking on my WoW account payment history, I see that they did in fact add 2 days to my next billing period.

And now... I can log in. I did email Account Admin, and the Acount Admin supervisor. Got no response, but after waiting 2 hours and seeing the post by zelfsilverwolf, I decided to try logging in, and the ban was lifted... for now anyway

Banned today as well, assuming by WoW CS forum posts and here that it was WinEQ2.
