I'm sorry to jump in here; however, if SoE can detect ISXEQ they can also detect MQ2 right? I.E., both are memory hackers right? I know WinEQ2 supports the new Intel Duo 2 Core CPUs and all, but does it also handle HT technology okay? Reason being, I'm trying make my gaming hydra box last as long as possible. Same issue. Work around is as stated above patch via everquest.exe from your EQ dir. once patched WinEQ will work again, just end the patcher and launch via WinEQ as normal works with or without patcher enabled. If you have more than one account you have to do this to each of them. Only way I could...
