Lavish Software

Is this something new? I have always used the no patch and have never had any issues UNTIL a friend quit and gave me his account which previously had an authenticator on it. It is the ONLY account which innerspace refuses to load and eq is fully patched and up to date.

Anyone else having issues being unable to log into an account that has had an authenticator removed? Only fails to log in via Innerspace, works fine using eq client.
