I've always been able to get lotro up on two users just not the same user
would any security items limit port usage? would a netstat report help?
could any lotro users who can dual or multi box chime in and compare notes?

I made the change in the user ini to false as in here: http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?t=117263 but still get the bind socket error when you say IS works with Lotro is that pretty much for Vista users or XP ones too? the only pther thing is I did go to sp3 on my xp pro did that doom me? okay ...

I still keep getting connection failed cant bind local socket is another client running? pop up and cannot get the second account to fully load I'm running windows xp pro sp3 with firefox if that helps can c&p a dxdiag if wanted my system can handle two lotro accounts up at once, on different users ...
