WinEQ2 locking up my computer

Hey guys. I recently bought a new laptop and installed WinEQ2.0 on it so that I could play a couple of accounts at one time. Whenever I use WinEQ2.0 to start just one character, after I get into the game, it locks up my whole computer in about 1 minute to where I have to power off the laptop. Anyone...

I am having the exact same problem. I can log into the website with no problem and the forum, but I can't authenticate when WinEQ2.0 starts up. Keeps giving me a authentication error. I tried creating a new account and I get a error with that as well. Any help guys?
