Has anyone else had this problem in Vista? While I'm running WinEQ, I can't open any Internet Explorer windows at all. I just get a message from the operating system that IE has crashed.

The problem doesn't exist at those points, like on the EULA screen -- at that time the mouse is normal. The problem doesn't manifest until the interface has been fully entered. (I.E. I'm in the game world.)

Are you sure that you don't have that feature turned on in the settings panel that makes the game disappear from the pop-up menu? That's exactly how it looks when you flip that switch. It could be that there's a settings file left over from the previous installation. You can check it by running WinE...

I downloaded 2.12, but when I bring up "About WinEQ 2.0" it just says "WinEQ 2.0". Is there some other way to determine what version I'm currently running? I would be okay with that being a subscriber-only option, btw. I just downloaded this program and I think it's awesome, and will likely subscribe to get the advanced features.

I think it would be really great if you actually took over gamma in WinEQ and controlled it from there. Or maybe made it possible to switch from one specific gamma setting to another via a hotkey.
