I figured this issue out, Windows firewall was blocking outbound to port 11500. I added the InnerSpace executable to the firewall policy and files finished downloading and InnerSpace would run.

InnerSpace won't run

I have installed InnerSpace, when I launch it, it sits on InnerSpace.dat for a bit, then exits. I can't get it to run.
