I'm getting this error too, as i camp to char select to switch toons.

I just started getting this happen too.

Mouse works up until i get to character select screen. Then no mouse functino in game at all

I've gone back to using 1.38, WinEQ2 keeps running out of memory even with one toon loaded.
I have no chance in hell in getting more going.

I can successfully run 4 toons on my PC's with 1.38.

Was just on my cleric about to start an MPG trial when the ALT F4 got me heh, most frustrating thats for sure.

I too had thought KB problem, im using a cordless atm, but even the corded i switched too did it.

Would it be possible to allow different preset locations for this information? As it is atm, i am having the Alt-Ctrl keystick problem, but also have my main chat window setup where that info would display. Would be handy of we could pick a corner of screen to have it display (Bottom right for me) a...

And it cant get here soon enough
