EQ1 Framerates. Can anyone offer any...

A few months ago, I used to be able to box two toons in a full raid atmosphere and have great frame rates, and no lag at all. Lately however, my framerates have been around 4-5 for each session and la...

This issue is fixed in WinEQ 2's successor, Cerberus (which uses the Inner Space kernel, which was originally based on WinEQ 2). Unfortunately that's set back a bit by some other commitments. ~Perks up...~ Oooh, a followup to WinEQ2? Lax, when do you think you will be releasing more information on ...

I had this same issue. To make the resolution stay I went into my eqclient.ini file and changed the resolution there. Its towards the bottom of the file and looks like this: [VideoMode] WinEQWidth=1280 WinEQHeight=1024 FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32 FullscreenRefreshRate=72 Where the resolution is 1280x1...

Eqgame.exe crash on exit with WinEQ 2.0 Pro
Using WinEQ 2.0 Pro with EverQuest. Since the last patch (Wed 4/19) whenever I hit "Quit" on the character select screen to log out of the game, the program freezes for a moment then displays an "Eqgame.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the yada yada..." I have spoke...

Thank you Lax. I will look at the PiP Lock. Now that you mention it, I remember fiddling around with those settings when I was initially trying to figure out how to get the PiP to work and that sort of sounds familiar. It is possible that I had it locked without even realizing it. On the other issue...

Question regarding Cycling Sessions - EQ1
Ever since the last EQ patch (aka the patch from Hell) when I am running two sessions of WinEQ, I am getting booted to the secondary session (i.e. the one I am not actively focused on) if it performs an action such as loading, camping, etc. This did not happen prior to the last patch. Previously, I ...
