Alt-Enter is temporary (I hope!) workaround
Read a few more of the posts on the board, and saw Vanhel (sp?) writing that Alt-Enter fixes it -- tried and it works for me, so I'm GTG at least for now...

A bit more information as I tried to carefully observe what I was seeing: The mouse alignment appears to be off by 1/4 inch down on the EULA and Login screens -- I can still select/L-Click stuff, but not "right under the tip of the mouse cursor". In the Character Select screen, I'm unable to L-Click...

Similar issue here -- new as of this morning as I downloaded updated WinEQ for the latest mini-patch.
