Lavish Software

sry for sounding like a jerk but i have been trying install this program for 4 hours now, between slow server connections, broken updaters, im at my wits end

When clicking the menu to start up World of Warcraft, a popup box appears and says Inner Space failed to load Lavish.dll, how do i fix this. i only have a trial account....
