After checking through the sysdump (very informative and thank you for this facility by the way), I discovered that my eq session had gone to windows mode. Fixed that and am now receiving an unable to initialize (-16) error.

Sorry about the previous post, obviously user error.

I too am getting the failure to initialize in the final stage error.

I have XP SP2, patched up to date, video drivers are up to date and I am getting the same errors as Shauri.

Please advise.
