Getting this same error when I camp out of EQ using wineq

I recently moved a few states over, could me moving be causing this? I see nowhere in any options to update my address or anything like that.

Okay just paid for pro cause I want to make it so I can have one instance running on top (from very left to very right of screen, just half the height) and then another one on the bottom, both half height but fully left to right...
