Never mind - I am newbie, but found the answer...
Thanks to Lax: It doesn't ask for a username or password because you have it set to auto-login from using a previous program. Load up WinEQ or EQPlayNice and use the Pre-Authenticate or Lavish Login options, or delete the Lavish Software registry key found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\SOFTWARE\Lavish Soft...
