Lately I've been getting prompted for my login and password a lot and also where it can't get EqPlaynice Initialized. In general, seems like can't get to the server.

popup box with -114 error and sometimes another error.
Anything strange happening?

I run the program and I see the wineq2.exe in the task manager but it doesnt put the icon down on the system tray so I can launch the applications. this is in my sysinfo file. The mouse works but it is not positioned correctly.

If I hover about 1 inch below the button on the screen then it becomes active to click.

Just got a new path and now when launching EQ i get a Can not find d3dx9_27.dll. Tries to continue with EQ but mouse not working.

Was having the same problem the first time after I downloaded the patch from Sony. Ran it again and it didnt hang up when getting WinEQ2 patches but there is an issue with the mouse since Sony has switched to using the system mouse.

Yep. Last night Sept 9th 2005 all was working ok, but this morning Sept 10th 2005 when launching the first EQ1 window it just minmizes and locks up.
