Same problem as others, within the last week or so starting wineq2 takes a long time and that's it it starts at all and doesn't error out.

LAX can you let us know what is going on?

OK so reading thru the expansion notes it said that eq can now take advantage of dual core machines..... the feature in wineq :

"set cpu affinity"

should I turn this off or on in order to best work with eq and utilize my extra cores?

for today's sep 5th patch if I am running win eq and fire up everquest i get to char select and as soon as i enter world ... crash.


Yes I have updated teh patcher manually?

Since the release of the new launch pad today it seems tehre is a problem with wineq not remembering login information for my other accounts. example: I used to have multiple profiles setup in wineq so that I could launceh different accounts and the log in information account name would be different...

P.S. I am running windows vista ultimate.

Well... deleted innerspace and reinstalled.

Now whenever go to drop down the console nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Ok.... got innerspace loading... now my problem is that it doesnt work. yes i get text but when for example i go to load the extension of isxwow i type "ext isxwow" like i did before and nothing happens. Then obviously I cant get any of my old scripts to work. I'm sure the answer is easy to the pers...

was running innerspace just fine all night... went to load it up again later and it patched itself, Since it patched itself whenever i hit the ` and bring up the console the console is now blank and i can't get anything to run?

Yeah the problem is with the one you download is that it preety much crashes like the windows update one. Anywyas got norton fixed just had to go into msconfig and turn off some creative drivers from loading at startup. so at this phase wineq is working with the audigy card and norton is working too...
