ok.. after spending a few minutes trolling the forums.. found 2 possible reasons why it was doing this... TeamViewer 9.0 and 10.0 both cause this issue...
Unloaded teamviewer... works perfect like it always did now...

Lax, Thanks for the feedback.. Here is my quandery... When I play EQ, without using WinEQ ... and i go into my OPTIONS ( before entering the game ), It displays the correct detected video card, then shows me what models i have active, and then on the last screen shows my resolution set to 800x600 .....
