It works for me now Delete or move the WinEQ2 folder (after backing up your ini files), reinstall from the download which will then patch the most recent version when it is run. Check it runs from a fresh install with new ini files. If that works, exit WinEQ2, copy your old ini files into the WinEQ2...

ok left the WinEQ-EQ.ini in there after reinstall, edited my profiles eor EQ1 and restarted WinEQ, crash again :cry:

re-installed and copied my original WinEQ-EQ.ini back into the WinEQ2 folder and it crashed - deleted the .ini file and it worked
