I did the same thing, deleted the old directory and re-installed from scratch. Voilà! Now it's all working fine. Btw, Lax, nice job on the replies. And keep your chin up.

I keep getting these pop-up boxes that say something like "Could not locate WinEQ tray window". I just deleted and reinstalled from fresh download about 6 minutes ago. What am I doing wrong?
