I know you can use the borders ot be able to stretch the window out... but when i add the borders to the list i am unable to stretch it out

what i am wanting to do is basicly strath the screen out.. the resolution is fine. i just want to stretch it out from the top of my screen to the bottom.. insteas fo getting like a 1/4 of the screen i can get a full screen of one instance and a full screen of the other while they split the screen to...
