I've been going about my business as usual, and haven't had a blackscreen since right after I posted I was having the same issue.

I'm having NO trouble 2+ boxing, nor seeing anything particularly mem-leakish like sessions getting "boggy". I'm pretty sure I've had the black screen hit me while still looking at the EULA screen.
