WoW missing from menu

I just purchased a subscription and now I have lost WoW from the menu to load up a profile. Uninstalling / reinstalling brings it back for a bit, but it vanishes shortly after (rebooting has no effect) Had used it fine for about a week before getting the subscription. Any suggestions? Hi, when i switch windows (use ctrl+alt+#) it seems to keep thinking i have ctrl+alt pressed, so pressing "m" would toggle the memory indicator. Is WinEQ running at the same time?
I found EQPN wont connect/patch as WinEQ is using the files (Intergration). Even after exiting WinEQ I had to reboot w/o it loading up to get EQPN to work by itself properly.

I used to get the same effect when first setting up WinEQ as the resolutions were too much, once I got in game and set them smaller it fixed it (eg starts up on 1280x1024 but change to 800x600).
