Alt tab so EQ is in the background, right click on EQ in the toolbar at the bottom until you are able to press 'move'. Then use the arrow keys to move the window itself until you are able to click the menubar. Not sure if this is the official way of moving it, but it's the only way I can figure out.

Thanks for the reply Lax, I was using 'EQWASC' from command line, so that was why it wasn't working. I didn't even realize there were two files with such similar names. Anyway, got it compiled, and working. Thanks for the help therre with that!
