Hi Lax, I went back to my old crashing problem and couldn't work out why, I had installed Win 7 SP1 and upgraded to IE9 among other things within the last few days and IS started crashing before account/password screen. I uninstalled SP1 and other changes and kept trying to load IS after each single...

I think it's your Sound Blaster X-Fi that was causing the problem with IS! I got a new laptop and when I installed Vanguard on it, I couldn't get it to run. In fact, it wouldn't run even without IS at first. It took me a day or two to get it running properly in IS. Then bam, IS build 5318. :) Glad ...

Very interesting, and a shame those guys never reported that information to me. Hmm for some reason, following this persons advice on the ISXVG forums helped. http://www.isxgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3028 I can now load VG via IS without crashing on my newer account. I will try my main account when I get more time and let you know how it goes incase anyone else is still ...

Just to be clear, my PC doesn't crash, only VG and IS. It just boots me back to desktop, if I click on VG to load up normally via .exe or station launcher depending on which account i want to log in, it works fine.
