I just tried to log on to eq2win and it didn't work. Looked at the technical info and it looks like I'm having the same problem.

Ok I kept trying and was able to follow the link but I had to copy a certain part of the link to my address bar on my internet explorer. You should take a look at the email you send people when we need to verify a change of email address.

I just tried again and it gives me the same missing information message.

The message I get is this when I follow the link:

The accessed URL is missing information. Please check the link and try again.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. I either couldn't post on other sections of this forum or it is locked. It's EQ2 and it doesn't do that when I start the game without using the software. I'm going to keep trying and see what happens when I play around with the options

hmm, tried that and it still did the same thing. Maybe it has something to do with my monitor or graphic card?

The problem with that is that the continue button is missing from the character select screen so I can't log in and log back like you said. =/

Yes that was the reason why it was not working. I had Winxp/ATI radeon display options wrong. Problem solved.

Lax, I'm still having the same problem where I am unable to load two instances of EQ2 on 2 different monitors. I have 2 subscriptions to EQ2 and I am also a subscriber. I subscribe a month ago before the release of EQ2win does that mean I need to resubscribe to be able to use it? This is the WinEQ2....
