Rebooting Problem

My system is rebooting during game play. I know I'm running close on system RAM. But I used to be able to 2-box without any problem. Is low system ram the problem? I was having some of the same problems along with my computer just rebooting it self. My problems were all in windows. I reinstalled windows and all my problem have been corrected. Just something to thing about.
