Overview

Coordinate systems define an area where all combinations of coordinates are unique. For example, if there are two separate locations that are at 0,0,0, then there are obviously at least two coordinate systems, and these need to be defined in LavishNav to ensure that the system doesn't think they're the same.

Travel between coordinate systems

For travel to work between coordinate systems, the coordinate systems themselves must be connected. Connections between coordinate systems are called meta-connections, and the distance between coordinate systems should be manually set. This allows the A* pathfinding algorithm (which needs to know the distance from any given point to the destination) to work between coordinate systems.
