Sets CPU Process affinity.
Usage: Processor -list|<<#> on|off|only> [<<#> on|off> ...]
Notes:
- "processor -list" shows the current setting for the process
- "proclock on" will lock the affinity so the game cannot adjust it (but it can still be adjusted through task manager)
