In the past, we had a high amount of subscription payments coming in for which we could not immediately determine who to apply it to. For example... subscribers who did not include their username with the payment, subscribers who did not already sign up on the message board and had no username, subscribers who did not sign up and no longer use their email address used to send payment via paypal.
Now, when you go to the subscribe page you must enter your Lavish Software account name before seeing subscription information, and using any of the payment links will include the username with your payment automatically.
