i am getting a message that says: This application has failed to start because zlib1.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I already re-installed innerspace but it keeps coming back up, the message.
What can I do to fix this issue?

I don't know, because Inner Space does not use anything along the lines of zlib1.dll. The error message must be from something else on your PC that is interfering.
