Launcher error code -5

Have just come back to Vanguard & ISXVG but now am getting an error code -5. I searched for this but found nothing. Seems other error codes were becuase of some program that was interfering but I have removed almost everything from memory and am still getting this error. Any thoughts or help on this error?

Hmmm I disabled UAC (Vista) and it seems to be working...
