Second Box Crash on Login (EQ1)

This happened after the patch on the 6th. Box one comes in fine no problem. Box two crashes somewhere before the char select screen. I replaced my ini file which got me to char select once but then logged out and use the option.exe to turn off textures then i try to log back in and started crashing again.
